Mr. Meyer advises individuals and entities in real estate, business law and civil litigation matters, where he strives to provide straightforward advice that will help clients reach creative and effective solutions. He has experience drafting and negotiating contracts in a variety of contexts, advising clients in regulatory compliance matters, and with litigation including landlord-tenant matters, commercial disputes, construction defects, and employment law.
Mr. Meyer is also licensed to practice law in Connecticut, where he previously worked in the insurance subrogation industry for nationwide clients that included Fortune 500 Companies, major labor unions, and some of the nation’s largest hospitals. This background gives Mr. Meyer additional experience handling high-pressure negotiations with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel. After deciding to return to his home state of Colorado, Mr. Meyer was hired by Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. in 2017 as a law clerk and happily stayed on to become an attorney at the firm in 2018. Working as a law clerk first allowed him to develop strong working relationships with a number of the firm’s senior attorneys and gain valuable experience across a wide range of the firm’s practice areas.
Outside of the office, Mr. Meyer enjoys watching professional sports and spending time enjoying Colorado’s wide range of outdoor activities including kayaking, mountain biking, skiing, fly fishing, hiking and camping. Mr. Meyer spent his summers growing up working for whitewater rafting companies, and he has paddled class V rapids on rivers throughout the Western United States and in Chile.
