Caroline focuses her practice on real estate and construction defects litigation, association law, insurance law, and land use. Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was the recipient of an academic scholarship. Caroline is licensed to practice law in Colorado and North Carolina. She represents homeowners, real estate brokers, contractors, homeowners associations, and commercial and residential landlords in variety of real estate, property and insurance disputes.
Caroline is also a competitive athlete. She has qualified to compete at the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials. Caroline has also been selected for Team USA by USA Track & Field to compete at the 2019 IAU 50km Championship in Brasov, Romania. She has won several half and full marathons throughout the country, and she races ultramarathons in distances ranging up to 100 miles.
Prior to joining Frascona, Caroline worked at a law firm in New York City and at the Denver branch of a large California-based law firm where she maintained an aggressive caseload representing insurance companies, third-party administrators, self-insured employers, and general contractors in all aspects of insurance defense, general liability, and construction defect matters.
