Jason counsels clients in civil litigation and transactional matters, including a focus on real estate, water law, loan originator licensing, and local government issues. He joined Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. in 2020.
Jason’s varied career in marketing, local government, and real estate creates a unique and potent advocate for clients. He grew up in rural Georgia on a dirt road, but his journey afterwards led him to diverse locations like New York City and Maine before settling here in Denver.
One constant throughout Jason's life has been real estate. When his father wasn’t working in the local paper mill he was bringing Jason along to real estate auctions, property rehabs and title searches at the court house.
A graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a major in film and television production Jason worked in New York City restoring Coca-Cola commercials for the Library of Congress. Upon leaving the big city he started his own video production company in Savannah, GA, worked for a time as a journalist with WTOC-TV, and then started creating video content for the City of Hardeeville, SC. It was at Hardeeville that Jason became interested in local government and eventually was promoted to a position overseeing all civic engagement, marketing and resident communications. After his move to Denver he took a similar position with the City of Northglenn.
In between those two cities Jason took time to hike the 2,181-mile Appalachian Trail showing perseverance, dedication and ultimately an ability to walk for great periods of time.
His experience as a former real estate agent and mortgage loan originator gives him unique familiarity and connections within the Denver real estate world.
