Mr. Khalife focuses his practice on real estate litigation and transactions, property damage and insurance law. He joined Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. in November of 2018.

Mr. Khalife represents buyers, sellers, real estate brokers, builders, commercial and residential landlords and homeowners associations in a variety of transactions and litigation. Mr. Khalife has litigated a number of real estate, property and insurance disputes in Colorado District, Federal and Appellate Court.

Prior to joining Frascona, he worked for a prominent Denver insurance litigation firm. Mr. Khalife received his Juris Doctor from The University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Mr. Khalife is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado and the state of Wyoming. In his free time, Mr. Khalife enjoys backcountry skiing, camping, rock climbing and fly fishing.
