Ms. Beall-Eder represents clients in real estate and bankruptcy matters. She joined Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. as an attorney in 2015 and became a shareholder in 2020.
Ms. Beall-Eder’s real estate practice focuses on real estate litigation, including title litigation, receiverships, partition actions, homeowners’ association litigation and mechanic’s lien litigation, as well as foreclosures and related litigation. Ms. Beall-Eder has experience in preparing loan documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as loan modifications and short sales. She also handles loan level due diligence reviews, including title, lien priority, loan valuation and applicable liquidity analyses for real property. Additionally, Ms. Beall-Eder provides creditor legal services in federal bankruptcy court and related adversary proceedings.
Ms. Beall-Eder earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in 1999 and earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a senior staff editor on the Denver University Law Review.
Ms. Beall-Eder is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Colorado and Kansas and the state court in Wyoming. Ms. Beall-Eder is a member of the Colorado, Wyoming and Boulder Bar Associations. She is a past co-chair of the Bankruptcy Sub-Section of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and is a past member of the Standing Local Bankruptcy Rules Revision Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
Additionally, Ms. Beall-Eder is a current co-author of the West Publishing, Colorado Practice Series v9 & v10, Colorado Creditors’ Remedies-Debtors’ Relief (2014-2025). Ms. Beall-Eder is also an editor of the Colorado Methods of Practice, Stephen Hess – Chapters: Attachment and Replevin (2012-2025). She is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights for CLE Colorado and other organizations.
When Ms. Beall-Eder is not practicing law, she enjoys hiking, gardening and spending time with her family, friends, dogs and cat.
