REPAYMENT PLAN
To ask your lender to set up a repayment plan for you, if we represent your lender, then please send a request to our office, via fax to 303-494-6309 or via regular mail to 4750 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, CO 80305, Attention: Foreclosure Department. Please include your name, property address, lender’s name, loan number, signature, phone and fax number or address where the lender can contact you.
Our Foreclosure Department will forward the request to the lender, and ask them to contact you directly. This may take up to a week or more, so please be patient. If you have not heard from your lender 2 weeks after faxing the request to our office, please re-fax the request.
CURE / REINSTATEMENT
Cure or reinstatement means to bring your past due payments current and stop the foreclosure.
If you have NOT received a notice from the Public Trustee, please fax your reinstatement request to the Foreclosure Department at 303-494-6309, or mail it to our office at 4750 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, CO 80305, Attention Foreclosure Department. Please include your name, the borrower’s name, lender’s name, loan number, property address, signature, and a fax number or address where the information can be sent.
Cure / Reinstatement Request Form
If you HAVE received a notice from the Public Trustee, you must request the cure figures from the Public Trustee in the county where the sale is set, by filing a Notice of Intent to Cure at that office. Please review the notice you received from the Public Trustee and follow those instructions if you wish to cure.
Note: Intent to Cure must be filed at least 15 days prior to sale date.

PAYOFF
Payoff means to pay your entire loan balance, typically through a refinance or a sale of the property.
If the foreclosure sale has NOT YET taken place, please fax your request for a payoff statement to the Foreclosure Department at 303-494-6309 or mail it to our office at 4750 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, CO 80305, Attention Foreclosure Department.
Please include your name, the borrower’s name, lender’s name, loan number, property address,signature, and a fax number or address where the information can be sent.
If the foreclosure sale has already occurred, you may no longer pay off the loan under the new foreclosure statutes.
