How to Address the Personal Property Form in the Colorado 2019 Real Estate Contract Webcast
The Division of Real Estate has added a means to address the personal property issues, such as the personal property that is included and the value of the personal property, in a separate agreement. The separate agreement will be referenced in, but will exist outside of the Contract to Buy and Sell. Stakeholders must implement this new concept aware of loan underwriting issues.
