PRACTICE AREAS

Mara Peterson focuses her practice exclusively on estate planning and probate law. She joined Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein in 2023 as an associate attorney.

In this role, she helps clients navigate the complexities of estate planning to best meet their goals. Mara provides comprehensive estate planning services to individuals and families, and routinely drafts wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills for clients. She believes that effective estate planning involves tailoring estate planning documents to the client’s needs and not to overly complicate the process.

Prior to joining FJGG, she worked for a law firm in North Carolina, where she practiced estate planning and worked with a wide range of clients. In her spare time, Mara enjoys running, yoga, and exploring the Colorado mountains.
