PRACTICE AREAS

Mara Peterson focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and fiduciary law. She joined Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein in 2023 as an associate attorney.

In this role, she helps clients navigate the complexities of estate planning to best meet their goals. Mara is experienced in drafting and implementing powers of attorney, testamentary documents and trust agreements. Mara provides comprehensive estate planning services to individuals and their families by finding the most effective planning solutions to fit the client's needs. Because of her extensive experience, she knows that effective estate planning involves a client focused approach to prioritize the unique needs of the client, optimize efficiency and administrative ease, and minimize future conflict and administrative burden. As part of her practice, Mara routinely provides counsel on complex trust modification, non-judicial settlement agreements, and fiduciary obligations under existing trust agreements.
