Google Review By James Engelbrecht ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two Frascona attorneys and a paralegal (Zachary, Jason and Jennifer) went out of their way to help me on short notice. The issue was mildly complex and required experienced O&G counsel to give me comfort regarding a proposed real estate transaction. I received sound advice and reasoned answers. Thank you Zachary, Jason and Jennifer.
Google Review By Daniel Thompson ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t be happier with my experience with FJGG. I was wary initially after having a poor experience with a different real estate lawyer, but FJGG was very understanding of my tight budget and was careful not to put in more work than I expected. Zac Grey’s communication was efficient, professional, and very prompt. He was also extremely knowledgeable about mineral rights and made me feel very comfortable with moving forward with my property purchase!
Google Review By Matt Hasseler ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with attorney Zac Grey and paralegal Julia Occhuizzo on a real estate and business acquisition matter in early 2019. I was incredibly pleased with the responsiveness of Zac and Julia throughout the entire process. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and also completely transparent their billing process. I highly recommend Frascona Joiner Goodman & Greenstein.
Google Review By Jennifer Modisette: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were dealing with an Oil and Gas Land man that was extremely pushy. We needed to make sure we were protecting ourselves and property before signing a land lease and Zac was so knowledgeable and helpful with our situation. He handled everyone of our needs. Terrific experience with Zac in a very stressful situation.
Google Review By Elaine Kammgermany:★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I recently purchased a condominium in Denver and I contacted Joiner Goodman and Greenstein to have an attorney review the contract, the title commitment, and other aspects of the transaction for the sole purpose of gaining piece of mind in what is for most people the biggest investment that they will ever make in their lives. I worked with the attorney Zachary Grey who specializes in real estate transactions. I cannot say enough about the quality of the service that I received from him. He was able to answer all of our questions, alleviate any concerns that we had that were ill-founded, and he also identified some details of the title that needed to be changed in order to protect our interests. The title company gladly made those changes. In addition to his thoroughness, we valued his responsiveness and his ability to translate legal terms into a language we could understand. Working with him was money well spent and I would highly recommend the use of an attorney – this attorney – when purchasing a home.
