Andrew represents clients in a variety of real estate and business transactions, corporate and securities matters, land use planning, and civil litigation. He joined Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. in 2021 and is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts for Colorado and Wyoming.
Andrew holds a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Kansas in 2018. Upon receiving his J.D., Andrew clerked for the Honorable Judge Todd Taylor in Weld County, and subsequently joined the Fort Collins office of Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC in 2019.
In his transactional practice, Andrew has assisted clients with large and small real estate transactions of both vacant and developed lands, asset and stock purchase agreements with domestic and international buyers, as well as securities and corporate compliance for clients seeking to raise capital. In his litigation practice, Andrew has represented clients in both state and federal court in business and real estate related litigation.
Andrew is also the New Lawyers Subsection Co-Chair for the Colorado Bar Association’s Business Law Section, a Commissioner for the Loveland Planning Commission, and a member of the Larimer County Workforce Development Board. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and son, exploring Colorado trails, and sampling local breweries throughout Boulder and Northern Colorado.
