Open Position:  Litigation Paralegal

Frascona, Joiner, Goodman, and Greenstein, P.C. is a well-established general practice law firm located in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting attorneys with litigation tasks, including preparing, filing, and mailing pleadings and other correspondence, and discovery, and trial materials.
• Managing and organizing legal documents and case files to ensure seamless access and compliance with deadlines.
• Handling file organization and maintenance.
• Conducting intake phone calls with potential new clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Starting at $28.85 per hour, with the final pay rate determined based on education and experience.
