Real Estate Associate Attorney

Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. is a general practice law firm located in Boulder, Colorado seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience. Transactional real estate, land use, and/or pre-litigation dispute resolution experience preferred. Our firm culture acknowledges and supports work/life balance while also providing high quality work and commitment to excellence for our clients. In addition to the preferred experience, the right candidate will have the drive to build and expand a real estate focused law practice with the firm.

The compensation structure for this attorney position is based upon receipts collected by the individual attorney, with a guaranteed base salary.  The merit bonus system compensates individual attorneys based on billing receipts collected each year, typically resulting in overall financial compensation ranging from $150,000 to over $250,000 per year.  Attorneys are provided with flexibility to work remotely or in the firm’s Boulder, Colorado office. The firm also offers a benefits package that includes health insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) with employer match, CLEs and bar dues for the attorney’s Colorado licensure requirements, as well as free parking.    

Assistant Bookkeeper 

Job description:

Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. is a general practice law firm located in Boulder, Colorado seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper with 3 – 5 years of legal billing experience, in addition to an educational background in accounting or finance; and experience with law practice management and finance software. This role works closely with attorneys, accounting staff, and clients to prepare invoices, manage e-billing platforms, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process legal invoices
• Submit and manage invoices through e-billing systems
• Assist with light bookkeeping, including posting payments and preparing deposits, account reconciliations, and basic reporting
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Prior legal billing experience required
• Experience with e-billing platforms (e.g., ProLaw, CounselLink, Legal Tracker)
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
