Ann O'Connell specializes in real estate, landlord-tenant, brokerage, and business law. She joined Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. as an of-counsel attorney in 2025.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ann was a legal editor at Nolo. She has authored numerous articles and books spanning topics such as real estate, landlord-tenant law, estate planning, and family law. Her research and writing on coronavirus-related eviction bans and tenant law was cited by news outlets and government agencies, including Yahoo Finance, CNET, Fannie Mae, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Ann is also a licensed Colorado real estate broker, having represented clients in both buying and selling residential properties in the Boulder area. Her experience as a broker makes her uniquely situated to assist in issues encountered by real estate brokers and brokerage firms, as well as individuals involved in purchasing or selling residential real estate.
Her past roles also include having been a partner in her own firm and a litigation attorney.
