Taxation
Our tax practice primarily involves assisting clients in structuring transactions to obtain the best possible tax treatment. However, we also represent clients who are being audited by the IRS and assist clients in dealing with collection branch of the IRS.
Clientele
Our clients include individuals, families, and business entities.
Strengths
Tax issues may arise in many areas, and, typically, they arise in conjunction with other legal issues. For example, tax considerations are frequently involved in the acquisition and disposition of real property and other assets, formation and structuring of business entities, investment and financial planning, retirement planning and estate planning. As a result, we believe that an inter-disciplinary approach must be taken in tax planning. Personal and business issues must be addressed along with tax issues, in order to obtain the best possible result for our clients.
