Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. and its affiliates (collectively “FJGG” or the “Firm”) welcome you to our website. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to this site and all other sites operated or sponsored by the Firm (collectively, the “Website”). Information Collected

As you are probably aware, the Firm may collect information through the use of the Website from a variety of sources – this includes (i) information you may choose to provide while on the Website (such as information about your business, as well as personal identification information such as name, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses) and (ii) information the Website collects automatically. FJGG also may ask you to provide information about yourself in connection with an application for employment.

  • You want to receive FJGG Publications, Alerts or other News. To register to receive this information, you will provide us with information such as your name, , telephone number and email address.   • You want to register for a webinar or other event. To register, you will provide us with information such as your name, telephone number and email address. We use this information to register you for the event and contact you about changes and updates regarding the event. We also may use the information to communicate with you about other events and topics that we believe may be of interest to you.
  • You want to register for and/or comment on one of our blogs. To register, you simply have to provide your email address. By doing so, you also may subscribe to get an RSS feed or email of our blogs. To comment you only need to follow the instructions for commenting on the blog platform. Of course, any information you include in the comment is your responsibility, however, all content is subject to the Website’s terms of use. We may use your name, email address or other information to identify you as a commenter.
  • You want to become a part of FJGG. Through our Website you may apply for available positions with the Firm. To do so, you can submit the requested information, which we will use in the course of our recruiting procedure.

The Website also collects certain information automatically when you access or use the Website. For example, FJGG may monitor and compile statistical information concerning the usage of the Website. This information allows the Firm to monitor its utilization and continuously improve its quality.
